All Events, Registrations and Meals (including breakfast) will be held in the Gathering Room unless otherwise noted.

We have a volunteer book at the office for attendees to sign up to help with our event.  We do appreciate your Help! Thanks.  There is a volunteer appreciation drawing.

 

10:00 AM - Exercise Ball, Washers & Bean Bag Toss

This is a coordinated effort to get our group together for fun games and exercise…We hope to see you participate.

Fern talks first hand on the history of the Ozarks.

The Trike/Bike show is $5 for pre-paid members – pay ahead at BTW office.  The fee for non-members or members registering at the show is $10.  For those of you not in the show, you can display your trike for free!  Come on down to Wal-Mart!

This is a popular annual activity!  We have many members competing very seriously in this event!!  Even if you are not racing, come support your favorite entry!  It always proves to be a ton of fun.

7:30 PM - 5th Annual Jason Sickler Memorial Auction

                  All Welcome

Bill Rinehart, MO, Auctioneer.  This memorial auction has been a huge success over the years.  This year the funds raised will be donated to Pathways, a drug and alcohol holistic center for adults as well as juveniles.  This particular facility, located in Rolla operates all over Missouri.  If through Jason’s memory we can save one child from drugs then his life will not have been lived in vain.  Welcome David Duncan from Pathways.  Thank you to everyone who donated theme baskets and items toward this worthy cause.

 

 

 

THURSDAY, JUNE 17

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM -Visit to Veteran’s Home

This is a group ride to a Veteran’s Home in Mt. Vernon led by Darrell “Commodore” Osborne of Nixa, MO.  We will be providing an opportunity for the veteran residents to have a picture taken on a trike.  These veterans are elderly or disabled and a visit from us will surely be a thrill.  We will also deliver games and other items donated by our members.  This is sure to be a fulfilling and worthwhile activity for you.  We hope you will join in and bring some joy to people who deserve our attention and thank them for their service to our country.  Thank you to all of our members for donating items and participating in this ride! We will stop for lunch on the way to the Veteran’s Home.
